UG Architecture was selected as the designer of choice to update the Westmar Loft property with modern amenities.

UG Group teamed with G3 consulting to study similar facilities around the state, taking lessons from the best to provide a truly multi-functional athletic venue.
Extensive LEED components were included in the project. In the classrooms, north and south-facing exterior walls grant abundant natural light.
This new 65,000 sf facility was conceived to host major regional swimming events while providing a home for Henry County middle and high school swim teams
The design thus succeeds in expressing the future, motion and energy contained within the YMCA’s walls while at the same time, respecting the local context
An integral part of the reclamation of an abandoned railway the Rails to Trails project in Columbus included 2 rest area buildings that contain facilities.
UG Group assisted the Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County in developing a new 6,800-square-foot facility, offering after-school and summer programs for underserved youth.
UG Group was tasked with designing a building that could be constructed in one academic year including the demolition of the existing school.
